Ken Aldridge is the owner and Chief Executive Officer. He has been an industry professional since 1973, and under his leadership the company has experienced extraordinary growth and expanded their service offerings, territory and markets. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Business and is a currently on the Board of Directors and vice chairman for the American Road & Transportation Association and a past chairman of the Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association.

John Rivi, a long-standing Aldridge superintendent, brought his son, Steve Rivi, who had been working as an apprentice electrician, into the fold. For the next 8 years, Steve worked in the field as a journeyman and then a superintendent for Aldridge. He started to learn estimating and began to work out of the Libertyville office in 1987. In 1996, Rivi became Vice President until 2004, when he became President of Aldridge Electric. As President, Steve provides executive management oversight and has responsibility for the operations of all divisions.

Gene Huebner is the Chief Financial Officer of Aldridge Electric. Gene has over 25 years of accounting experience with more than 19 years specializing in the construction field. Gene is responsible for financial strategy/management of the corporation including corporate finance, treasury, tax, mergers & acquisitions, banking and insurance relationships and other strategic aspects of the business. He earned his MBA from Marquette University.

Alex Aldridge is the President of Aldridge Construction. Alex began participating in the family business at age 13; he officially joined Aldridge Electric in 2006 as a project manager in the power division. Alex managed construction projects for wind power farms, electric substations, and ventures in other divisions of Aldridge Electric, and in 2011, he became president of the newly-incorporated Aldridge Construction. Alex leads the operation and strategic development of Aldridge Construction business including excavation and transmission line foundation construction.

Thomas McLinden is the Executive Vice President of business development. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Tom joined Aldridge Electric in 1990 as a general foreman. After a series of managerial assignments, in 1999 Tom became Executive Vice President of business development. He is responsible for oversight of corporate strategic planning, marketing, estimating, and estimating administration.

Steve Aldridge is a third-generation co-owner of Aldridge Electric. Steve began his career in the field, where he spent three years as a Local 9 electrician. Since joining Aldridge in 2005, he has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility within the highway, airport, and power divisions, and he became a Vice President of the power division in 2010 through 2011. Steve now works on career development for Aldridge Electric employees as well as implementing and driving corporate strategy. He is now an Executive Vice President responsible for training/development, strategic planning, and corporate risk management.
